Not sure how to transfer save files

Hi, I know this might seem like a stupid question BUT.....

I've currently got my laptop (with a busted screen) hooked up to my monitor mouse and keyboard because my husband's tower is at HP getting a new motherboard. When he gets his computer back, he'll obviously make me unhook my laptop.

How do I transfer my save files from one computer to the other? I don't even know which files to transfer sadly enough. I'm going to email them to myself and download them onto his computer but from there I don't know what to do.

I'm only asking because I'm ALMOST done with the game and I just bought Laxius 2 and I don't want to have to start over.

You won't start over. First you have to view your hidden files. Then:

Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\LaxiusForce
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\LaxiusForce

After this has been done, copy the save files in the directory from above.

You'll have to forgive me because I'm very computer illiterate when it comes to this sort of thing.

Common sense tells me that you don't copy and paste these files, and if I "send to" somewhere else then that messes things up if I'm not correct. Can I send them to my desktop and create shortcuts for them w/o messing them up?

Not sure exactly how to do this whole copy and transfer thing....I see the option where it says to copy when you highlight and right click it, but I don't know what to do with it once I copy them.

Well, you said that you'll send the files via e-mail to your laptop/computer, after this, follow the steps below:

1. Get Laxius Force 1 into the Laptop/Computer
2. Go to My Computer-->Tools-->Folder Options-->View--> and then click on the "Show hidden files and folders" option
Note: That is for Windows XP, I don't know how to do that on other Windows (sorry )
3. Then go to: XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\LaxiusForce or
Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\LaxiusForce
4. Download the save files from your e-mail, to the folder from above
5. Enjoy playing Laxius Force
