I tried to burglar some of Adretana houses but saids that the burglary failed, what do I do?

EQUIP ITEMS YOU BOUGHT FROM THE THIEVES GUILD,THAT IMPROVES BURGLARY.
I THINK IT WAS GABLES CIGAR.

Also some houses are harder to burgular than others and need more experience first before they will open. Try some other ones and then return to them.
