Cocka cocka's magic power

Hi all, I have only had cocka cocka for a while he is lvl 14, but has no magic to cast his heal spell. How do I get him some power, I have tried potions but they don't work for him, and I don't know what else to do. Would appreciate any help, thanks.

But the Heal spell cost 0 MP

Some of his spells cost no mana (like the one you mentioned) and when he does get spells that need mana, he also magically gets mana.
