I fought and beat alise lots of times, but still have not been given awards

You need to beat the tournament with several different characters. So beating it with Random only counts as one victory no matter how many times Random completes it.

That said; you need to go and claim the rewards at the check-in area once you have enough wins. It's not automatically awarded; you need to go to the check-in area and ask about the reward to actually receive it.
