Hello,

Have missed out on so many side quests due to not have the luck ring & the pheasants hat.

Can someone please tell me where they are.

Hi Pennye!

Luck ring is found in Chapter 1. From Random and Sarahs cottage go down 1 screen, and then go over 4 screens. The Luck Ring is in the last chest. Make sure you level up pretty good before heading onto that third screen! That is where the Vampires and Wraiths are hanging out! If you are already beyond chapter 1 you will not be able to get another one until LFII, and it doesn't come till very late in the game.

Pheasants Hat was found in Chapter 3, and it has to be bought in the Thieves guild. If you are already into Chapter 4 you will not be able to get the hat, and you also will not be able to get the hat in LfII either!

Like I stated in other topic,you can get the Luck Ring in Chapter 4 as a reward from Alise Tournament too... So if you're in chapter 4 and haven't participated in Tournament yet,go ahead and do so. In LFII that place will be blocked.

The Luck Ring can also be bought from the Thief Guild shop (Ch. 3) as well. It's the same place you can buy the Pheasant Hat, towards the bottom of the shop menu I believe.

The ideal spot to acquire it would be in chapter 1 though, since there are numerous luck-ring-equipped only rewards before you get to chapter 3.

The only one I can remember is in Chp.1. When you check the fence behind the king in Namunama it normally contains 501 G. But if you equip Luck Ring it becomes 1001 G and Talys root. There ar other occasions too. But there are a lot.

You also get extra Omega Budon's from the old man in the cave if you have the ring equipped. For some reason that was omitted from the copy of the walkthrough on this forum though, not sure why though. It’s possible the copy here is just outdated in general. I've never gone over it in detail and I just stick with the copy on the other forum regardless.

Beyond that, I guess you're right. I must just be remembering all the luck ring rewards that pop up in chapters 3, 4, and beyond.

As said, was unable to do so many quests and burgle houses ( I also did not have the cigar) that I have started again.

Updated, thanks - I'll re-read the whole walkthrough soon to make sure there are no other mistakes like this one.

about Alise Tournament and wandere guild: how can u enter them??
they need you choose just one character but if i press f6 Random and Louis can't be removed so the whole thing is impossible for me!
