Question about abandoned port

I need some more help, I can't seem to find that guy/boat that is suppose to take you to abandoned port....

Go to the bottom-left part of town, where there are a bunch of sailors hanging around. Head down from there to the cliffs (I think there is a guy blocking the way initially, but by that point in the walkthrough you would have dealt with him already.) Once you reach the mountainous cliff area, just keep heading right and you'll spot the guy that'll take you.

Ok thanks a lot, I will have to do after the main quest it seems, game doesn't let me right now. (Hope its not too late for it)

You have to go after Louis is in your party. You can do it before the main quest though.
