Blood phial in Tyrine sewers...

Just wondering if it's efficient on somebody beside Brussian later in the chapter? Wendala for example.

Is this the one that teaches Glue? It can be used on Sarah, I think. But, it only "glues" one enemy, different from Guanidia's spell that glues everyone.
