Hello,
if I activate Cocka Cocka in the Pyramid, I cannot do it in chapters with Random even if I use the fear mathress and type BIRD NEST. Is that normal? Ir I could activate it only in a specific moment of the game?

Another thing I didn't understood at all is how to capture the flame in the Tyrine Lighthouse.

1.You can't activate Cocka-Cocka in Pyramid. You can activate Timbany the Monkey.
2.And yes it's a big specific moment. You can Activate Cocka-Cocka in Chapter 1 and first half ıf Chapter 2. If you don't activate until then and you have Bird Nest, Cocka-Cocka will hatch automatically. If you don't have the bird nest and you're not in Chapter 1, then you can't get Cocka in LFI and LFII.
3.To capture Lighthouse flame you need "Glass Container" which I believe you can buy in Tyrine.

try to activate cocka cocka in lizardmen village thats where i got him i clicked on materess and typed in bird nest i did that before i fought them
