Or places like goodie-caves?
How do you get money to buy all the skills and tools etc to keep on going?

Visit as many places as possible, you will find stuff and money in all of them!

Depending on where you are, find a place that has an inn that doesn't charge a lot. Walk around outside the inn area and kill monster and acquire money. Go back in the inn rest, save and do it all again. You will be leveling up and getting money at the same time. Believe me it will help later when you have to fight much harder monsters.

I think I need guru for monster looting to more money from monsters, but have not found guru yet.
