I'm wandering the Kremjin ruins, and I walked off a tall circular ridge and I'm now walking on air. I can't seem to find anything though. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, if there's something I'm missing, or if it's just a tease.

I had the same problem exiting from Hyperbole Cave, at the last little jump up from the bridge to the platform, somehow I didn't jump up I jumped a little off the bridge, and I was walking around a little itty bitty area and couldn't get out of it. So lucky I had just saved, and I went back and tried the jump again, and I landed on the platform this time. But at first I thought I was supposed to maybe be there.

Those are glitches.
They are pretty minor as they typically don't change anything to the game and its gameplay.
I could fix them if you could report the exact locations though.

I did that in 3Stars sometimes too. It's kind of fun, isn't it. Gives you a feeling of *power*, but over what
you don't know!!!
