Im halfway the game and still did not find the npc for the second telekenesis skill ( i suppose master ? )
Anyone can point me to the npc that give it ?

Well, im in Hyperbole atm .
(hum, maybe its a bit over the top if i say halfway, becourse im actually not know how far i am in the game in fact,but im on the way now for days, but yes im a bit a slow player, but its a bit frustrating to see all that nice stuff and not be able to telepôrt it to me , hehe, and now i was afraid if i overlooked somewhere the second telekenesis npc ) )
