Savioropolis

I am not able to find the elder in savioropolis. I have gone to the tower of savior only to be told by the fairie that the elder is not there. I have spent the past several nights looking for him. Can anyone guide me, please?

I'm stuck on crescent island. Where do I have to go next? It seems the snake trail is my only option, but those two-headed rabbits are impossible at this point (lvl 35+)

Grom says that the stone of savior is found near saviorapolis. That's about it. Not really helpful
