Something strange: when I want to make Luby Expert Stalker he/she already is, but when I want to make him/her Master he/she has to be an expert first..............

where are the expert and master again?
i'll check this

expert - Minas
master - Krazimir (spider)

There is a small glitch indeed.
Even if you become Master, the spider still thinks you are expert.
You should be Master though (check in your skills list).
