What do you need to raise telekinesis?

I just came out of silver cave and rescued Glen and in silver cave, where some items where that i tried to get and Rayanne kept saying her mind isn't strong enough.

She is equipped with Noble Bow, Perlinpinpin Powder, Spirit Bandana, Hyberbole Gown, and Fairy Earrings. Her stats are Level 42, Mdf 135, Pdf 108 and Mnd 1873.

What am I suppose to raise to get her telekinesis stronger Mnd or Mdf?

Thanks for any help on this. By the way this is the 2nd time I am playing this and I am on easy mode.

In one of the secret rooms in Silver Cave is the telekinesis charm. This enables her to get all the items there.

I bought the telekinesis charm and when I equip her, it lowers mnd. The charm you find does it raise it?

I think that Telekynetic Mind and Rayanne's Mind are two different kind of minds.

Thanks D-Squall, I went back to an earlier save and put on the telekinesis charm and was able to get the items, BUT I cannot get the floating clock and the ledges with orbs and money as you are falling in silver cave. Are you able to get any of these items?????

doesn't it also improve with Rayanne's level anyway? I would have to check, as I don't really remember...
