Bokden, cant find?

ok I went to the lighthouse then south on the fork in the road, then south again and bokden isnt
there, please help, why isnt he there? thankyou

Which lighthouse? - sorry but I don't remember any in the game...

I'm sorry I meant windmill. I see those then go past them and take the next fork in the road and go south then go south farther but cant find Bokden, thankyou.

Indeed he should be there at some point, so either you haven't interacted with him first at the Guild of Strength or you've seen him there already and he's now in another place!
