Bokden??

I am baffled by this Bokden dude. He appeared from nowhere in the Eastern Lands, and I see many references to him on this site, but so far I still don't understand where he came from or what, if anything, I'm supposed to do with/about/for him.

Finding Bokden in all the locations he visits is one of the 40 side quests in the game!
To trigger the quest you must start by interacting with him at the Guild of Strength!
Then proceed looking out for him throughout the game until you get a quest complete and receive a reward from him for doing so!
