Copyrighted Graphics

I'm not currently privy to what was changed in the latest version (1.5 if Im not mistaken), as I havent had the chance to play through entirely again on that version, but I have to wonder.
I noticed there was a piece of work in the graphics/tileset that belonged to an already copyrighted piece of work(which I'm sure Nintendo would be upset by if they knew).

Has this been removed in 1.5?

If you're uncertain as to what I speak of, it's something in the final area (The Ancient Temple). Near the beginning, there are 4 statues (2 on the left, 2 on the right) that are a 100% match to Ridley from Super Metroid (minus the poor guys tail).

Yes it's been removed.
It was a mistake from the guy who made the tilesets.

In the entrance of Millennium Ancient temple there was 4 monsters statues from Super Metroid of SNES, however... that was fixed.
