Can you please explain the difference between easy, normal and hard mode? very precisely

All characters starts at 100% stats, ou seja, 100% are their normal starting stats.
Story Mode - All characters has 200% in all stats, including HP and you start with 1000G
Easy Mode - All characters has 130% in all stats and you start with 200G
Normal Mode - All characters has 100% in all stats, ou seja, NO CHANGES (it doesn't increase nor decrease)
Hard Mode - All characters has 70% in all stats, ou seja, it decreases 30% (you are weaker) and you get to fight more Animal Kings which is only available in this mode
Isn't that explained before choosing any of the modes?

Thanks, I wanted to know if I would have all the quests with the normal mode... and apparently not
