I've killed the djinn and done everything in the ancient temple. I went back to the place where I found Hirado to get rid of the boredom curse and rest everyone. But now I can't find my way out of the lava part of the sapphire cave. I know I'm supposed to go in some cave that Hirado points out, but I've gotten no messages since earlier, when the walkthrough said to wait on that.

The walkthrough says I need to go back and kill the bear king, but I need to get out of the lava cave first. Any help? I do have the guide, but the maps aren't helping me with this.

Exiting the lava cave is just the same way you came. There's not much more to say.
