Is there is difference in which mode you choose easy,normal or hard.

I am playing in normal mode since it is the first time playing.

Are all the quests available no matter which mode you chose and does it affect the overall game play?

The only difference is with the animal kings offered to challenge...

you get 4 in easy mode
6 in normal mode
8 in hard mode

the rest of the game is the exact same.
