Are there 4 or 6 animal kings. Florian in hut outside of green grass says 6 and this is listed as a quest, too.

there are 4 in easy modes, 6 in normal, 8 in hard

Oh, I see. I wimped out and am playing easy again. So, you can't win that quest in easy, right? +::fear

nah you can't lol
but to complete the big 40 you need to play hard mode anyway +::wizard
