There is a door with red writing beside it in the Sapphire Cave? Did anyone figure out how to open it or is it just a teaser??

I would like to know about this door as well!
What about the one behind the red robot? - I was also unable to find his pills so far!

Well I'm thinking these must be teaser to BOTM2 perhaps....maybe side quests or maybe more in line with the main quest?
