I'm over level 20, got promotions, etc., but I'm down to a couple of young mandragores, which means basically that I can't proceed w/ Hirado search (I tried and got into the temple but was wiped out by the thing under the bridge). Activated an earlier saved game, got promotions, went back to Green Grass.

Where can I find or by items that will revive characters? Alternatively, is there a revive spell, and will it be available soon?

The girl in Karine's town before you enter the croc area sell Mandragores. Also the General Store where the girl with the mirror is. The girl in the croc areas sells two kinds though and the General Store only one.

hirado gets a revive spell enventually if you choose holy vicar for his promotion. he may get it without choosing holy vicar, but all three times i played i chose holy vicar and got him promoted when he hit lev 20. so i dont know if you get it without holy vicar, just that you get it with h.v for sure.

I promoted him to Body Master and he still got that spell!

I got the spell before I even promoted him.

I think the spell he gets for Holy Vicar and not for Body Master is the Aura spell which heals all. I personally like that. Do you remember what he gets for Body Master??

Don't know if it is specific to the Body Master promotion but he learns "Regen" (do not confuse with "Regeneration") which allows him to fully heal himself a certain number of times!

I think he had that when I got him. And he kept it with Holy Vicar.

Ok, then I don't know if he gets any spell specific to this promotion...

for body master he did'nt get any new spell. i was wondering if he learns different spells with each one, but i keep choosing holy vicar to get aura.
