I dont see any post about this quest, and it isn't in my quest list. Other quests did not show up in the lists, so that doesnt bother me much. Do I need to trigger it? Is it the ghost that lost everything fishing?

Please advise.

Is it in your quest book? Is so, there is an item you need to give him. If you killed the ghost in the Chantlefleur Woods, you should have it.

There's a small place that allows you to jump north to another small island in Bogobaka. You have to be behind the altar near where this NPC friend of Karine is selling stuff!

Did you defeat the Chantefleur ghost? You need to do this first! As well as keeping the item he dropped. If you sold the tear I think you probably busted this quest...

but I killed that ghoost and have Chantefleur tear which I got from him
