Map to house of alchemy and

Where do I get the map to the house of alchemy and also what do I need to do to beat the queen bee?
Why was it so easy to beat her in the easy game and not the very easy game, thankyou.

The map is at the Refuge - check some paper rolls. As for the Queen Bee maybe you just need to level up your characters a bit? I don't see any other reason that might make it harder to defeat her on an easier mode.
