a suggestion

Please make it impossible to sell quest items before doing the quest. Or at the very least, have it say "quest item" in the description of what it is. Then you would have the choice - to sell or not to sell. Thanks.

Did this happen? I think this is a great idea, as mentioned in another topic I sold a quest item not realizing what it was.

I don't think it happened.
The thing is, although it's practical, it also removes the challenge and also the cohesion of the whole MM universe.
Pointing an item as "quest item" is not really the style of this series...

There are other ways to do this of course. You could have a description of the item that gives the impression that it could be useful later, you could make shop keepers say something like, "I don't buy this type of item" or you could even have the main character make a comment when you try to sell the item like, "maybe I should hold onto this..."

Just some ideas.
