Q1.where is the cracked mirror?
Q2.where is the red flame?

1) You need to find a lady looking herself in the mirror and an angry Marine will make her crack it.
2) In Sapphire Cave in the area after the Drake to the far east.

This should probably be moved to the help and questions area!

Ignore the arrow and go east instead, jump and the red flame is just there on the platform.
