Callimac Shrine and butterflies

I have 9 of the butterflies and am looking for the Callimac Shrine. I have tried to get the boatman to take me different places but all I get is to the Light Swamp and the area where room 9 is. Is there a different place that he takes you? How many times do I have to keep trying? (I am trying to finish my last quest.) Thanks.

The boatman will eventually take you to Secret Room 8. You just have to keep trying. Callimac Shrine is in that room.
