Where is the Pillar in the Rogue Territory

I am lost again in the Area before the Rogue Territory. I think I should veer to the left, then north, then right, then north.

Once I get there, how do I find the Pillar of ??????

It is to the east. It looks like one of the diamond shaped light but it isn't green. It's an amber color. It is the Pillar of Speed. Don't touch the light. Touch just to the right of the light.

Thanks, I shall go do that...I found it previously, but only touched the light!

Had a similar problem till I found out that it helps always to click at the lower end of something or even slightly below it.
