Help with the ant king

I have killed the djinn and have Hirado, but repeatedly cannot kill the ant king. Marine is level 31, Benoit is 30, Karina is 30 and Hirado is 25 and I'm playing in easy mode. What is the secret? Not much of anything does much damage at all.
