I hope I am posting this in the right area... I recently got both Millennium and Millennium 2 and when I purchased the full versions that I was getting both CD's but guess I goofed and only got the one for Millennium 2, is there anyway I can now go back and purchase the CD for the first Millennium game by itself?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible.
You would have to pay for the CD of Millennium 1 again.
