Did you download the latest version of the game? This is the part of the quest that was broken and it was fixed in the latest version.

Thank you for the update I was able to find the shrine charm also, but now I can't get the game in full screen mode, which is how I played it before. What can I do to play in full screen mode again instead of windowed mode?

ALT + ENTER always switches between both modes.
