I hope someone is still monitoring this site! I'm in the early stages of the game and on my second visit to El Cairo. Walkthrough advises going to the girl in the top right of the town to buy Tea of the Nile, but I can't find her. I see her from the outside, but haven't found the path to get to her. Any tips?
