Indinera still have a problem with Pharaoh's item plz

I have looked all over and I can't find it what so ever. I just don't know where to look anymore. To me it's getting frustrating. I can't find that Pharaoh's item in the two dreams you told me too look. Can you please just tell me in a spoiler tag where to get it? Thanks so much.

I am trying to think of 2 huge trees? Not that I can remember but I will go check again. Why is that where the item is is in her dream? Thanks
