Please because it seems I am just going around in circles. Clue or something or tell where it's near thanks. I see it's all White Chapel I did find the toy shop.

You're close, in the same screen of the toy shop there are a part in the South-East of the screen that takes you to another screen that is straight, follow until you find a house, there you find a vampire house.
