Cave in Spring Woods?

After one has passed the big scary trees in Athena's dream, over in the reward area, there's what appears to be a cave, but our intrepid heroes can't seem to enter it. Are we supposed to or is it there purely for decorative purposes?

It's decorative. In fact just not a very deep cave. lol

Less a cave, more a really frustrating looking hole?
