I have fallen on a hole on the DSC Jailhouse, and there was only a key that only Clochette can equip, what do I do there?

Look through your items list.. You should have something you bought in the toy shop.

I haven't found no one that sells items on the Toy Shop.

Who sells this item, how can I make the ''person'' who sells appear?

If I recall correctly, it's a man in a black suit in the 'fun shop' that sells to you. He limited one to 4 of the item. I didn't write everything down as I played, so I think the 'fun shop' was part of the toy store in London. Hope this helps you!
