I just found this and can't figure out where to use it. I can't equip it by an of my characters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found it when you enter the jailhouse all the way to the left is a door that you need the jailhouse key. When I went back to the jailhouse I found it then.

Maybe using on a battle have some effect.

I confirm it does something.
