Please please put in an option to skip the intro so you don't have to go through the whole going to my boyfriend's apartment thing every time you start the game.

It's not so long though... is it? I mean MM1 had a far bigger Intro and Asguaard had bigger text parts when Glen is introduced to the dwarfs... this intro seemed perfectly reasonable! +::Thumbup

Personally I would prefer a running/walking faster option rather than a skip intro. Is there a way you can let the "shift" button allow us to to do that? Particularly useful when walking all the way across an explored dream just to catch an item or complete a quest! I can live without it too, just saying if you're in a generous mood I would appreciate that! :)

Ladybug, I couldn't agree with you more about the running faster option. I am absolutely loving this game but it is the only thing from preventing a perfect score from me in not having this feature (as Aveyond does). Because there is a lot of backtracking for discovering certain items and making sure that your health/mana is replenished this would prove invaluable. Please, please, please consider it. :)

Thanks. The humour is fantastic in Dreamscape (I love Athena) and the concept so original. I cant wait to do my review.

I can't wait to read your review ^^

About the moving faster - it is perillous to do it by events.
I'm also sure nobody would ever walk normally if I feature a "running option".
It could be that if you have completed a dream, you can "run" through it, but then again it would need big rethinking of the game. +::O_o

That's true, if you did have a running option I would use it all the time and I am sure a lot of others would. Oh well, hopefully for the sequel then? :)

I guess so.
If *during* the development I think of a running option under certain circumstances, then it would be possible.
It could also be an item, like Blades of Heaven?
What do you think?

Then again it is still perillous - things that alter speed can cause major glitches if not fully controlled. +::O_o

Thanks much Indy.

And Ladybug, yes I would love a run option but I'm sure it would have gotten me killed several times in London.

Impatience is one of my many virtues. +::biggrin

Ok. I don't run generally but if I have already explored an area I would definitely use it to move faster to reach where I already know I need to get! So you can definitely run in London after you've killed Jack! lol In fact, that is where I wish I could run... takes a long time to reach pseudo-Erin from the beginning!

Anyway, I can understand that it might be hard to implement... so I shall be patient and live without it!

BoH fast boots were indeed great! :)

What is dangerous to implement needs to be considered thoroughly first lol
