I have completed JAG and have Edna's ribbon (as well as having progressed to the gate near Terry that says I need another key), but Edna doesn't give me the correct conversation to open that door to get the open sesame key. I've played the game in both the earlier modes and don't understand why I can't progress as before. Please guide me here?

Go outside inspect the door and go back and talk with Edna again!

I have the ribbon, and have looked at the door, but am not getting the proper conversation with Edna. She doesn't ask me to look for it, and the game asks me if I want to use the headphones on her. When I do, nothing happens.

Do you have "Edna's Ribbon"?
Or another ribbon?
