A bug?

When underseas, you have to save that lamia in order to have random and his party saved. I killed the renegade lamia before, with random and I haven't got any set of keys. Now, I finally have a reason to save lamia, and with Alexander I go and kill the renegade lamia but there are no set of keys and the red octopus dose not say "how dare you..." etc etc
Am I stuck?

the key is not in the lamia that u killed...
have u get spell book in the chest in the underwater area..? if u have get it, there is a ladder beside the chest, climb up and u will find lamia, kill them, and u will get the key...use it to free the lamia prisoneer..
if haven't get it..still remember the oghmor colony..? go south then east, in the next screen, go north and u will see a chest and the ladder..

wow, I never would have thought that's not the renegade lamia, even the octopus said that once O.O
