hidden temple. I read somewhere here that you get the key in exchange for an Ocarina.....but where is that??
Have you considered a quest log for upcoming games, and if so, will they carry over so they can be completed
in subsequent chapters??? And, that auto dash would really, really be great!! +::Thumbup +::kiss

Great to hear you're enjoying it.

You get a bottle of wine in-exchange for the Ocarina, which you take to the main in the pub in the hidden temple. He'll move out of the way, and allow you to talk to a lady that has the key.

Have you done any trading in the game yet? Like, have you taken the house key to Charles in Vance yet? That's how you start the side quest to get the Hidden Key.

Yes, we'll be implementing a sidequest log as well.
Thanks for all your input :)

House key??? Uh oh, I don't think I even have that. I have some key, but don't remember where I got it.
I'll try that one in case, and also head back to arena before I wind things up!! I'd like to see more puzzles,
too. I love trying to figure them all out!! +::YAY +::YAY

If you leave vance through the south exit, you'll come across Jonathan's house (where the game begins), in his bedroom, you'll find a small treasure chest with a door key. Take that to the house in Vance, and talk to the man. He'll give you a harp. Take that to the woman in Groveway (2nd town) and she'll give you the Ocarina. Take the Ocarina to the man in the Inn (in Vance, where you find Claire at the beginning of the game), he'll give you the wine :)

Stuck in The Haven. Got Haven key but can't read stone. Need to translate ancient language. Did I miss something? Can't leave. Great game BTW!

Glad you like it!
This is tricky, and is easily missed.
Back at the beginning of the game (right where the demo ends, actually), you defeat the Ruins Dweller. He drops an item called "Ancient Scroll".

While standing in front of the stone, open your items menu, and use it. Leif will use it to translate the language, and read it out loud. The path will open. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for info. Silly me looked at items menu but it wasn't highlighted since I wasn't in front of it! Finished game. Really enjoyed playing especially since there were no glitches or hangups. Now I'll have withdrawal until something else comes out!

Wonderful! Glad you liked the game! We are still planning the next game, but we have a pretty solid idea on what we'll be doing next. So stay tuned!

Thank you for the game - I have really enjoyed it and, like previous comments, will look forward to sequel. It is the first RPG that I have managed to finish without reference to help; however, I shall have to do it again to pick up side quests that were never completed. I was glad to have the objective showing and will also be glad to see a list of incomplete side-quests.

Need help in Ice Cave. Can't solve the frustrating second ice puzzle. As a matter of fact, since I'm not very good with puzzles period, I would like a screen shot of all puzzle solutions in the Ice Cave. This is a game stopper for me. :(

Hi horror,

I'm not sure which ice puzzle you mean. I'm going to assume you mean the one in the dark?

Here's a screenshot of the dark room in light. I've also drawn the way you should slide to get to the boulder to push down below.
Keep in mind, you need to push two boulders down below, in order to complete the ice puzzle in the northern room on the first floor (north of the crystal room).

Please let me know if this is what you needed :)

Need some help please with the temple in the sky. Have the doors open but the crystel isn't on and there doesn't seem to be anything inside the temple either. They can only enter into it a short distance. What should I do now?

Hi there, in the room with the crystal, is the door in the northern side of the room open?

The crystal is in front of the open doorway on the metal landing with 4 fires between it and the door. When Leif and party walk through the door all you can see is a bit of a pillar and wall on your left and a sea of red carpet. I can only move them a few steps forward or sideways. I can't see any door to the north in the room. Is that of help to you?

Yes, it is.
This room has invisible walls, that are of a maze. It's just a matter of finding your way through. If it becomes too difficult for you, you can always use the mouse to click on the other side of the room, and the mouse system will automatically walk you through

On the other side of the invisible wall room, is a door that leads to the dungeons boss. So you're done with the dungeon after you make it through the maze!
