About "Blake Gripphin battle in hard mode

right now i'm battling elder gripphin and you know what

i can't beat it.

i try all i can try just like for an example gravitron's laser,tame,3 hits and omega boost but it remains in vain and i think i dealt 20000+to elder griphin and it still wont die!

One way how to do it (if nothing else helps) is to equipp Marine with the best defense items, let her regenerate health, let the other party members die and defend with Jeanne doing the damage and heal occasionally. When defending, Marine is able to live through three or four hits and because she's "last man (ok, woman) standing", Jeanne will always heal her.
The pattern is something like
1. Jeanne damage, Marine defends
2. Jeanne damage, Marine defends
3. Jeanne heals, Marine defends
4. Jeanne damage, Marine defends
.
.
.

It may be a bit of cheating and it's also painfully slow, but eventually you will beat the boss...

haha,you thought marine can live through three to four hits.ha!you're mistaken the elder gripphin is too strong to live without die even jeanne cast defend or attack up in the party it may take a bunch of hours if only marine is the character who battle the elder gripphin...even four char.couldn't stand a chance of it HIGH HP!!

Well then level up your main party a bit.
Can't it be put to sleep or something?

Unless you have a very low level and bad equipp than she should be able to take a few hits when defending (My Marine was around level 50 when I tried this). At worst you need to do something like
1. Jeanne damage, Marine defends
2. Jeanne heal, Marine defends
3. Jeanne damage, Marine defends
4. Jeanne heals, Marine defends

.

Yes, it takes like forever, but imo it's the last desperate way how to do it (because Jeanne cannot be attacked and it's easier to heal one character than four). If you cannot do it this way then my only advice is to level more.

so that's why,my marine,benoit,abu and jezabel is in level 41 and 42.
guess i will level up this gripphin cave with tough enemies like "bohol" and "diamond crab" i hate these enemies for its toughness.
