Blue furry monster in Sylia

Please how do I kill the furry blue monster in the cold region island only have him and the graveyard monster to go then the cubes. Help would be much appreciated.

I think that Demi(The butterfly) has a spell that can easily kill him, it's a spell that cause bad conditions to the enemy, I don't remember.
