where can i get a shovel to dig a path from the lava to the ice block that is blocking my way to mt zulle?

After you touch the hot lava (pointed by a blue arrow) to the right of the blocked passage, you gan ask the guy after the cute bunnies for it.

From the ice rock he is north then east I think, not far away
