a Question after finished the main quest

Okay I have finished the main quest and found all the secret room (thanks to all who share they knowledge here :D ) and go back to Rillia to finished the quest no.22, 23, 36, 44 - 50.

The problem is Random is alone do I will get the old member party back? to finished the unfinished quest, coz I found that its difficult for Random to finished it alone
