The Doom Saw. For me it was the best weapon in the entire game.
And the Cabocoate, dropped by Abomination on Wittaland. I kept hunting for those until I had 10 or so and kept using them even in the final battle.

I did not like the Mortel. Barbie has it, and it IS efficient, but there is just no Ompfh! No SCHWUNG! Just noisy little wussy pow!
And also finding a gun/pistol in that oldfashioned realm just felt so wrong... like getting burgers in the shops and having busses instead of the horse ride, know what I mean?
It's just too modern.

Now, I enjoyed Teksabs paralyzing hook whip, that was fun. He got too week after a while though.
The fan of 99 tricks was interesting, but not for when passing through easy areas, it prolonged the time of each fight when I wanted to do damage (Moahaha!)
The heart stealer would be fun if it hit twice, but for now it stays in the inventory. I much prefer the Morning Stars. And the gauntlet that hits twice is permanently part of Jordan, a must.
A weapon that was poisonous could do serious effect in a major battle (with many rounds) but it hardly ever made the target poisoned, so it's not used.
The claws were fun and the shoes in the same store. I like the way some things are for one person only while other item can be used by many.

The winter masks were nice too, especially since so early in the game the animals had very little head and shield equipment, so the humans, who had more equipment, were preferred in the party. The digicho, whatever it is is also great.
All the shields are unused, but that may be because I've taken on a more agressive player style than I did in the past. For some reason, in this game, I have skipped healing weak chars and get in an extra hit. I focus on reviving them in time for getting XP instead.

The Slaughterer Gauntlet on Jordan? Nah, he never got that from me! There are others who can equip more powerful weapons where hitting twice causes way more damage!
I haven't used Jordan at all anymore since he got sick.

Ah but you find it in a special place, too... probably the invention of a mad creator. +::whistle

I had given him the gauntlet for quite some time. In the House of Fear he can definitely get it if he's got a good weapon.

Hm, I found that he never got a real real good weapon. That fishing rod is not too bad, but you don't get it before the first demon. And later on other characters always had much better weapons.
At my first playthrough I played a lot with Jordan anyway because I though higher levels might make up for his sick status, but this time I didn't pay him too much attention because I already knew that his levels are absolutely unimportant in the end.

I think he's quite a reliable character, even when he is sick. He is actually very good imo before he gets skilled.

I just replayed the two endings and in my first playthrough Jordan had 1406 kills and in the second 403. I think this tells a lot about how much I used him! +::biggrin

Yes, that's true. You play completely different when you don't know what lies ahead.
