Cant move Characters

Cant move Characters

I am unable to move my party. We are in Witch Woods. The arrow keys are not responding. It's not the keyboard, becuase I've plugged in 3 different ones - all which are working properly in other applications. Is there some kind of patch or something? I tried changing the settings in F1, but none of them solved the problem. Thank You!!!

Restart the computer maybe?
