I've finished the battle and the game but I'm trying to finish some undone quests.
I can't find the King Dragon, or the chimera egg can someone tell where to find these things please?

There's a glitch that the Chimera Egg doesn't appear in the inventory.
But if you have the latest version (Which you can download from here) there is no problem.
