I have a Power Bracelet that I found that says it Increases Marine's Fist Power but I can't equip it. Is this one of those things that work just because you have it in your inventory?

Yes for some reason I cannot equip it on her unless Marine maybe needs some other equipment with her?

Is this item fixed in version 1.5?

I am using version 1.3, and it can not be used in any way. I am getting the impression it's a glitch in 1.3 and older?
